noori pro is a booking and inquiry management platform designed for freelance hair and makeup artists. We provide tools that allow artists to receive, manage, and respond to client booking inquiries. noori pro is a technology intermediary only — we are not a beauty service provider, and we are not a party to any agreement between an artist and their client.
You may use noori pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Submitting an inquiry through noori pro does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when the artist explicitly accepts your inquiry and any agreed payment or deposit has been received. noori pro does not guarantee that an artist will respond to or accept any inquiry.
Pricing, availability, cancellation policies, and all other booking terms are set solely by the individual artist. noori pro has no control over and takes no responsibility for these terms.
All cancellation and refund policies are determined by the artist. noori pro is not responsible for any disputes arising from cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds. If you have a dispute with an artist, you must resolve it directly with them.
Artists who register on noori pro are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure, providing accurate information about their services, and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including consumer protection and data privacy laws. Artists must not misrepresent their services, qualifications, or availability.
All content on the noori pro platform — including design, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of noori pro. Artists retain ownership of portfolio images and other content they upload. By uploading content to noori pro, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform.
noori pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, noori pro and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or any services booked through it.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the fees you have paid to noori pro in the twelve months prior to the claim, or (b) £100 / $100.
noori pro may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors and email delivery providers). We are not responsible for the practices or content of those services and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered artists of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant territory.
