Acceptable Use Policy

Beta - pending legal review. noori pro is currently a free, invite-only beta offered ahead of formal US incorporation, and this document has not yet been reviewed by a qualified attorney. Once Noori Pro is incorporated, this Service and these documents will transfer to that company, and registered Artists will be asked to accept updated Terms at that point rather than being carried over automatically. Bracketed placeholders mark details still to be finalised.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses noori pro - Artists and Clients alike - and is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions by reference. It exists to keep the platform safe, honest, and usable for everyone.

1. You Must Not

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in a booking inquiry or profile
Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against another user
Post content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights
Upload portfolio images or content you do not have the rights to use
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data, or non-public part of the platform
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or interact with the Service, except a documented public API we may offer
Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation, including attempting to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHA, or security controls
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law
Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation

2. Artist Conduct

Artists must accurately represent their qualifications, services, pricing, and availability, and must handle Client personal data lawfully and in line with their own obligations as a data controller (see our Data Processing Agreement). Artists must not use Client contact details obtained through noori pro for unrelated marketing without the Client's consent.

3. Reporting a Violation

If you believe another user has violated this Policy, contact hello@noori.pro with details. We will review reports and take action we consider appropriate.

4. Enforcement

Violating this Policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our discretion, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. We may also remove content that violates this Policy without notice. We reserve the right to report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities.
