Beta - pending legal review. noori pro is currently a free, invite-only beta offered ahead of formal US incorporation, and this document has not yet been reviewed by a qualified attorney. Once Noori Pro is incorporated, this Service and these documents will transfer to that company, and registered Artists will be asked to accept updated Terms at that point rather than being carried over automatically. Bracketed placeholders mark details still to be finalised.
This Cookie Policy explains how noori pro uses cookies and similar technologies, in line with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, or recognise you across visits. We also use equivalent technologies stored in your browser (such as local storage) for the same purposes.
Required for the Service to function - for example, keeping you signed in, remembering your cookie preferences, and CAPTCHA protection against automated abuse on our signup, login, and password-reset forms. These cannot be switched off, because the Service will not work without them, and under PECR they do not require consent.

We plan to use privacy-conscious analytics (for example, Google Analytics) to understand overall usage and improve the Service. These are not yet active. Once added, they will only load after you give consent through the cookie banner, and you will be able to withdraw consent at any time from this page.
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If this changes, this Policy and the cookie banner will be updated first, and these cookies will remain off until you opt in.
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose a category. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page, which reopens this same choice. You can also use your browser's own cookie controls to block or delete cookies - though blocking strictly necessary cookies will affect your ability to sign in and use the Service.
We will update this page whenever the cookies we use change, particularly when analytics or marketing tools are activated.
