Beta - pending legal review. noori pro is currently a free, invite-only beta offered ahead of formal US incorporation, and this document has not yet been reviewed by a qualified attorney. Once Noori Pro is incorporated, this Service and these documents will transfer to that company, and registered Artists will be asked to accept updated Terms at that point rather than being carried over automatically. Bracketed placeholders mark details still to be finalised.
This Policy sets out how long we retain the personal data described in our Privacy Policy, and how to request earlier deletion. We follow the UK GDPR storage limitation principle: we do not keep personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected.

Artists can delete their own account at any time from account settings or by emailing hello@noori.pro. Clients can request deletion of an inquiry they submitted by contacting the Artist directly (as the data controller) or by contacting us, and we will forward the request or action it as the Artist's processor. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Deletion may be delayed where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, billing records for tax purposes), in which case we will restrict further use of that data to only what the legal obligation requires.
Deleting data from our live database removes it from active use immediately. Because we keep rolling backups for disaster recovery, a copy of deleted data may persist in a backup for up to 35 days before that backup is itself overwritten, and is not accessed except to restore service in a disaster-recovery scenario.
