Beta - pending legal review. noori pro is currently a free, invite-only beta offered ahead of formal US incorporation, and this document has not yet been reviewed by a qualified attorney. Once Noori Pro is incorporated, this Service and these documents will transfer to that company, and registered Artists will be asked to accept updated Terms at that point rather than being carried over automatically. Bracketed placeholders mark details still to be finalised.
A subprocessor is a third party we engage to process personal data on our behalf in order to operate noori pro. This list supports our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement or equivalent contractual terms requiring confidentiality, security, and use of data only as we instruct.
[Action item, not yet done: this list currently describes the intended contractual position. Each vendor's actual DPA/terms (Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Cloudflare) should be located and reviewed - most SaaS vendors publish a standard DPA that needs to be affirmatively accepted, e.g. in account settings - to confirm the transfer mechanism and data-protection terms described here and in Section 11 of our Privacy Policy actually match what's in place, rather than assuming it.]
