Subscription & Cancellation Terms

These terms describe how Artist subscription plans, trials, promo codes, billing, and cancellation work on noori pro, and are incorporated into our Terms & Conditions by reference.

1. Plans

• Free - manual calendar entry only. Artists can add, edit, and manage bookings directly on their calendar, but do not receive a public inquiry form or automated real-time availability checking.
• Pro - everything in Free, plus a public inquiry form clients can use to request a booking, and real-time availability checking against the Artist's calendar.

2. Free Trial

Every new Artist account receives a 2-month free trial of Pro-level access from the date the account is created, with no payment required to start. A valid promo code entered at signup may extend trial-equivalent Pro access up to 12 months. We do not currently collect payment details to start a trial.

3. What Happens When a Trial Ends

When your trial period ends and you have not upgraded to a paid Pro subscription, your account is moved to the Free plan. Your data (calendar, portfolio, inquiry history) is retained and nothing is deleted - you simply lose access to the public inquiry form and real-time availability checking until you upgrade. We will email you before your trial ends to give you the option to upgrade.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Paid Pro billing (monthly or annual, processed via Stripe) is not yet live on noori pro. Once introduced, this section will be updated with pricing, billing cadence, auto-renewal terms, and how to update payment details, before any Artist is charged. No Artist will be automatically charged without clear advance notice and the opportunity to review pricing first.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel a paid Pro subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting hello@noori.pro. Cancellation stops future billing; unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, you retain Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.

6. Refund Policy

Free trials are free, so there is nothing to refund during a trial. Once paid billing is live, the following applies to Pro subscriptions:

• 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with Pro for any reason, email hello@noori.pro within 14 days of your first paid charge (monthly or annual) and we will refund that charge in full.
• After 14 days. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the current month; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for. Annual subscriptions are not refunded for the unused remainder of the year, except where required by law or where we have materially failed to provide the service.
• Renewals. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and contact us within 7 days of that charge, we will refund it in full.
• Errors. Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.
• How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law. Payments made between an Artist and their own clients are separate and are not covered by this policy; see our Terms & Conditions.

7. Promo Codes

Promo codes grant temporary Pro-level access and have no cash value. They cannot be combined, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash, and may be limited, expired, or revoked at our discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse.

8. Changes to Plans & Pricing

We may change plan features or pricing. For existing paid subscribers, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect on their next renewal.
